This property is a spacious restored stone cottage sleeping six people in three bedrooms in the village of Newton-upon-Rawcliffe near to Pickering. Dairy House is a spacious, converted dairy, full of character and history and is located in the Yorkshire village of Newton-under-Rawcliffe near to Pickering. Boasting three bedrooms made up of one double, one single and one family room and two bathrooms, this cottage can sleep six people. Also in the cottage is a fitted kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. Outside the cottage is off road parking for two cars and a lawned garden with outdoor furniture. Ideally located for discovering the North Yorks Moors, Dairy House is also within a short drive of the coastal resorts of Scarborough and Whitby.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:Dairy House is a very comfortable cottage, in an ideal location for lots of days out. Our grandchildren particularly enjoyed the steam train to Whitby, as we did too. We have made several visits to this lovely part of Yorkshire and it never lets us down.
