This studio cottage is in Loftus in North Yorkshire and can sleep two people.  The Station Master's Office is a semi-detached studio cottage in the village of Loftus near to the North Yorkshire coast. The cottage sleeps two people and has studio accommodation with a double bed, sitting area and small kitchen as well as a separate shower room. Outside is a private rear patio and a shared front garden. Situated close to a small railway line, The Station Master's Office is a lovely cottage for discovering the North Yorkshire coast and moors.

Gas central heating. Electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, TV with Freeview and Virgin Media, DVD, radio, WiFi, selection of books and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Shared front lawned garden with bench, private rear patio with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 2 mins walk, pub 5 mins walk. Note: Not suitable for children and infants. Note: The property is adjacent to a live railway, with 6 goods trains a day, for 10 days in every fortnight.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
