The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

,A tranquil location with good access to inland and coastal places of interest, we are familiar to the East Coast but found new places to visit and eat because the owners were so very helpful but in no way intrusive. The Cabin is very well located, equipped and comfortable, we found everything we could have possibly needed for our stay. Looking forward to returning again and again.
,The log cabin is situated in a wonderful area with great views.It was cosy and spotless with a huge lawn garden which our dog loved. We were just a short drive away to walk in the spectacular North Yorkshire moors , which we did lots of time. There was a good pub which did food a few minutes walk away which was dog friendly. The owners were lovely and helpful. An ideal position to get to coast and country.
