The cottage has a double room and a single bedroom and a family bathroom and can sleep up to four people. There is also a cosy sitting room with a double sofa bed, an electric fire and an exposed brick feature fireplace. There is a well-equipped kitchen with a dining area and outside you will find roadside parking and an enclosed courtyard garden. 5 New Row is a wonderful base for exploring the delights of North Yorkshire, its glorious Moors or its stunning coastlines.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:We had a great stay at this beautiful cottage No 5,even in the middle of February it was picture postcard. Everything you needed for your stay is there. The cottage is very comfortable,spacious and very very clean. Central for the surrounding area and attractions. We will be wanting to stay again and hope we could make it in warmer times so we could make better use of the outside space and surrounding countryside for walking with the dogs. Would recommend this to anyone,its exactly what a cottage should be.

,No. 5 is an attractive cottage in a terrace of special historical interest within a conservation area.. It was extremely well decorated and comfortably furnished and we felt very much at home in it. The neighbours and everyone else we met in the village were friendly and welcoming, stopping to exchange greetings or comments about our dogs.
