This barn conversion cottage is just outside the village of Great Ayton near Guisborough on the edge of the North Yorks Moors National Park and can sleep four people in one bedroom and a sofa bed. Somerset Cottage is a cottage that has been lovingly converted from an old barn near to the North Yorks Moors village of Great Ayton, near to the market town of Guisborough. The cottage contains one double bedroom and a sofa bed which with a wet room style shower room makes it suitable for four people. The rest of the accommodation is made up of an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area, which contains the sofa bed. To the outside is a communal courtyard with outdoor furniture and a barbecue, plus off road parking for two cars. With its two neighbouring cottages, Somerset Cottage can accommodate up to twelve people, making this a fabulous cottage for a large family to use as a base for exploring this wonderful region.

Underfloor heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge. Washing machine and tumble dryer in shared external utility, TV with Freeview, DVD. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Communal central courtyard with furniture and BBQ. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 10 mins walk. Note: There is an unfenced pond in the field, children to be supervised.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
