A splendid, detached, brick-built property, in the small village of Husthwaite, sleeping eight people in four bedrooms. Sleepy Willows is a charming, brick-built detached property, located in the small village of Husthwaite, nestling below the White Horse of Kilburn, just three miles from the market town of Easingwold. It sleeps eight people in four bedrooms, one king-size double with en-suite shower facilities, one double and two twins. There is also a bathroom and a ground floor shower room, as well as a kitchen with a dining area, a utility and a sitting room with a gas stove. Outside there is room for one car in the garage with also has storage space for bikes and there are a further three off road parking spaces, as well as a garden with a patio, furniture and barbecue. The village boasts a village shop for supplies and Easingwold is home to some lovely independent shops and traditional inns. With the beautiful North York Moors, Dales and east coast resorts also all within touring distance, Sleepy Willows is an ideal base from which to enjoy a well-earned break in lovely surroundings.

Duel fuel stove with 3 electric ovens and 5 ring gas hob, microwave, American style fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, selection of books, games, jigsaws and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Garage parking for 1 car with additional off road parking for 3 cars. Lockable bike storage in garage. Rear lawned garden with patio, furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 5 miles, pub 2 mins walk. Note: Children aged 10 and over only. This property is not equipped with safety fittings for younger children/toddlers. Should the age restriction not be adhered to it must be at the parents/guardians risk. Note: Check-in time 4pm.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
