This first floor apartment is situated on a holiday park, with a number of on-site facilities, near Filey and sleeps four people in two bedrooms. Denby Retreat is a lovely first floor apartment on The Bay holiday village, just three miles from Filey. This apartment sleeps four people and has a double with en-suite shower, an adult bunk room and a bathroom. The cottage also has an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with single sofa bed. Outside there's off road parking for one car, communal lawned grounds with picnic areas, lakes and barbecues, and a number of facilities including an indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room, gym and tennis courts. Denby Retreat is a welcoming apartment for couples or a small family.

Gas central heating. Electric oven with ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair, please bring own cot bedding. Parking for 1 car in shared car park next to property. Communal lawned grounds with picnic areas, lakes and BBQs. Communal leisure facilities including free use of large indoor swimming pool, sauna and steam room. Gym, beauty treatments, tennis, putting green, bike hire etc are available at an additional charge. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. On-site shop, pub and cafe 5 mins walk. Beach 10 mins walk. Note: Use of the indoor heated swimming pool, children's pool, sauna and steam room is included in the rental price. The gym and additional facilities and activities are available at additional cost, payable on-site. Note: Lakes on-site, children to be supervised.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

,There wasn't anything we didn't like about our apartment or the village. All staff we had contact with were so friendly, the pub was dog friendly and the Italian restaurant served great breakfasts. The whole of the site was immaculately looked after and we'd go back in a heart beat. The dog particularly liked the lake. All in, we'd recommend this place wholeheartedly.
