This attractive mid-terrace cottage is on the outskirts of Hornsea in Yorkshire and can sleep five people in three bedrooms. Sea View House is an attractive mid-terrace cottage set on the beachfront of the popular coastal town of Hornsea. The cottage can sleep five people in three bedrooms and also has a family bathroom. The remainder of the property is made up of a galley-style kitchen and a spacious lounge with dining area. Outside there is an enclosed yard with garden furniture and off road parking for one car. Sea View House is ideal for a family or group of friends wishing to enjoy the delights of the seaside, or to explore the Yorkshire Wolds with its market towns and rolling hills.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:The close proximity to the sea was excellent and the ability to walk to everything you need was also great. The house was spacious, laid out perfectly and lovely and warm. The fantastic views from the bedroom were really enjoyable too.
