The four bedrooms are light and appealing with sloping ceilings, making them snug and inviting and a real haven of peace. There are two bathrooms serving the property, one of which is a shower room on the ground floor. There is a lovely lawned area with furniture and fishing rights for the River Esk are available from the owner, as long as visitors have a fishing licence.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
Property Feedback:We had a wonderful week in this cottage.It felt like home the minute we arrived, and we were all sad to leave.The location is handy for the entire area, with Whitby on the doorstep, Robin Hoods Bay, Sandsend, Runswick Bay and Staithes just a short trip away, and a variety of inland destinations under an hour away (Nunnington Hall a must). Sainsbury's near by made self catering easy. The place was quiet but not remote or isolated.The cottage was great value for money, and we would certainly return.
