The cosy sitting room features an attractive stone hearth and a woodburning stove. The country-style, well-equipped kitchen includes a large dining table. Upstairs, there are two beautiful bedrooms offering delightful countryside views; a double is located on the first floor and on the second floor there is a king-size double which can be made into a twin room on request. Outside, there is roadside parking and an enclosed pretty patio garden. Aban Cottage provides the perfect base for a wonderful holiday.

Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Roadside parking outside property on first come, first served basis. Enclosed patio with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 3 miles, pub 3 mins walk. Note: The second floor bedroom has sloping ceilings so there may be limited headroom. Note: The cottage stairs are steep, a handrail is provided but they may not be suitable for all guests. Note: No children under the age of 8 years. Note: The neighbours have right of access down the side of the cottage and through the garden.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
