This wonderful barn conversion is situated in the Yorkshire Moors near Egton, with two bedrooms accommodating five people. Coopers Barn is a wonderful barn conversion, situated in the heart of the Yorkshire Moors, one mile from Egton and a short drive from Whitby. The property has two bedrooms with en-suites; a double room with an additional child's day bed and a twin room. The bedrooms are accessed via a wrought iron spiral staircase, which was actually designed and crafted in the nearby village of Egton. There is a spacious open plan living area with a kitchen, a dining table with beautiful views, and a sitting area. Outside, there is ample off road parking and a private patio to the front with furniture so you can enjoy alfreso dining in the sunshine. In a great spot for exploring North Yorkshire, Coopers Barn is the perfect retreat for families and friends alike.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
