One of five holiday homes on site, this cottage sleeps five people in the village of Ebberston in North Yorkshire. Beech Cottage is set on a site with four other holiday cottages in the grounds of the owners' home in the village of Ebberston near to Pickering in North Yorkshire. The cottage sleeps five people and has one double bedroom, one twin room and a single room, as well as a family bathroom. The rest of the accommodation is made up of an open plan living area with a fitted kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with an open fire. Outside the cottage is off road parking for one car, a private courtyard with outdoor furniture, shared access to four acres of grounds and shared use of a games room and an indoor heated swimming pool. Set in a beautiful location and with fabulous facilities on site, Beech Cottage is a superb family holiday home on the edge of the North Yorks Moors National Park.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:The owners were very accommodating, nothing was too much trouble and they were polite at all times. The children really enjoyed the pool - which was the main reason we chose the property.
