Outside there is off road parking for two cars and a lawned garden with patio, furniture and barbecue. The Cottage is an ideal holiday home with plenty to see and do in the area, including walks and cycle rides, along with popular seaside towns.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

,This was our best holiday for years; the owners were marvellous with us and the place was superb. We have been to Saltburn twice before but this was the best.
,It was clean, spacious and comfortable, I felt at home within minutes of entering it. It had all the amenities required for a holiday and the garden is beautifully set out, my grandson had plenty space to play safely. The owners are lovely people and made myself and grandson feel most welcome, they were friendly, easy to get on with and, being on site, were able to give advice on areas to visit and directions etc. I would certainly recommend this accommodation to friends and family and will definitely be going again.
