Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric stove.

This excellent cottage, one of three on-site, set two miles from Staithes, sleeps eight people in four en-suite bedrooms. The Barn is a wonderful holiday home, set two miles from Staithes in attractive Yorkshire countryside. With four en-suite bedrooms across the ground and first floors, it can sleep up to eight people. There's also an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric fire. Outside, there is an elevated lawned garden with patio and furniture, accessed via eight steps up. There's also off road parking for up to three cars. Set in lovely countryside, The Barn has been beautifully finished to provide friends and family with an excellent holiday base.

Oil central heating with electric fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking for 3 cars. Bike storage. Elevated lawned garden with patio, furniture and BBQ (8 steps up). Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 2 miles, pub 1 mile. Beach 2 miles. Note: This cottage is close to a main road, children to be supervised and some traffic noise may be heard.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
