This detached barn conversion is set in an isolated position near to Burton Fleming in East Yorkshire and can sleep four people in two bedrooms. The Barn is a detached cottage set on the owners' farm near to Burton Fleming in East Yorkshire. The cottage sleeps four people and has one double bedroom, one twin and a family bathroom. Also in the cottage is an open plan living area with a fitted kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with woodburning stove. Outside the cottage is off road parking for two cars and a rear patio with outdoor furniture. Close to both Filey and Bridlington, The Barn is a superb holiday cottage for a family holiday in a beautiful part of Yorkshire.

Gas central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, 3 x TVs with FreeSat, DVD, CD/radio, iPod dock, WiFi, selection of DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Small, enclosed patio with furniture and BBQ. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2.5 miles. Note: There is a small caravan site and storage on the owner's smallholding.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:We had such a peaceful wonderful relaxing break with our 2 dogs and it was more than adequate for them. Anyone who enjoys a break from working hard and lives in a more urban environment needs to book up because even our dogs are still shattered from the week and lovely fresh air. The owners are lovely and kind. The Barn is a proper home from home. We'd definitely recommend The Barn, loved our week.
