This detached house is close to the village of Bempton near to Bridlington and can sleep eight people in three bedrooms. Roselea House is a delightful detached house situated in the village of Bempton just three miles from Bridlington on the East Coast of Yorkshire.The cottage can sleep eight people in two double bedrooms and one twin together with a family bathroom, a ground floor family shower room and first floor cloakroom. Also in the cottage is a kitchen with dining area, a sitting room with woodburner and a second sitting room with a double sofa bed. Outside is off road parking for two cars and a enclosed lawned garden with patio and furniture. Roselea House is in an ideal location for exploring this beautiful part of the country.

Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed lawned garden with patio and furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop, pub and restaurant 2 mins walk. Note: There are 3 steps from the landing to 1 double and twin bedrooms and 1 step from main sitting room to second sitting room, care should be taken.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
