This cottage sleeps five people, in two bedrooms consisting of one double and one family room with a double and a single bed, as well as a family bathroom and a ground floor basin and WC. The cottage also has a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with woodburning stove. Outside is off road parking for one car and shared use of a patio area with furniture and barbecue. Sea View Cottage is an ideal holiday home for families who wish to explore Bridlington, Filey and Skipsea.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

,Excellent as always! This was our fourth time at Sea View Cottage and we weren't disappointed, everything is to a high standard and the owners are helpful and welcoming. It's an ideal base for walking around the Barmston area or exploring further afield on the East coast, with Barmston beach just a short walk away. Highly recommended.
