The cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms which are made up of a double and a twin on the mezzanine floor. There is also a ground floor shower room, an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area, and a utility. Outside there is an enclosed courtyard with furniture and a BBQ, and there is stabling and grazing available. Plas Tirion Cottage is fantastic for a memorable holiday at any time of the year.

Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 1 mile, pub 8 mins walk. Note: Mezzanine twin bedroom is not suitable for children under the age of 5.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:The cottage was wonderfully clean.The views were wonderful and the feel was great. The owners were warm and welcoming and helpful when we got a bit lost. The cottage is a bit of a precious find and we feel very privileged to have discovered it so early on. Two teenagers were happy with the excellent WiFi coverage and we were thrilled with the peace and quiet. Honestly we loved it all
