This traditional farmhouse is located near the village of Habberley and can sleep seven people in four bedrooms.  Huglith Farm is a farmhouse near the village of Habberley and just three miles from Pontesbury. The cottage sleeps seven people and has one king-size double bedroom with an en-suite shower, one double, one twin and one single and family bathroom together with a ground floor cloakroom. Also in the cottage are a fitted kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with a woodburner. Outside is ample off road parking and a decked area with furniture and barbecue. Situated near Stiperstones, Huglith Farm is a lovely family holiday cottage from which to explore this lovely part of the country.

Oil central heating with woodburner. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, 5 x TVs with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off road parking. Bike storage available. Private lawned area and raised decking with furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops and restaurants 3 miles, pub 1 mile. Note: Second floor bedrooms accessed by a steep staircase and single bedroom has a low beam, not suitable for children under 8 or those with limited mobility.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:What a beautiful place. The views are amazing with fantastic walks on the doorstep. The owners were very friendly and helpful and we loved seeing the newborn calf. The house is very comfortable and has everything that you need, we would definitely come again.
