This well maintained, end of terrace cottage is in the village of Rowen near to Conwy in North Wales and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.  Swan Cottage is a well maintained, end of terrace cottage located in the village of Rowen near to the town of Conwy in North Wales. The cottage can sleep four people in one double and one twin room with a family bathroom. The rest of the cottage is made up of a fitted kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with gas coal effect stove. To the outside of the cottage is off road parking available on a first come first served basis. Located in a beautiful village and just a short drive from many attractions, Swan Cottage can be enjoyed at any time of the year.

Electric central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/ freezer, washing machine, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking on a first come first serve basis, and ample roadside parking. One well behaved dog. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
