This stone built detached lodge is located on the Talhenbont Hall Country Estate near to Criccieth in North Wales and sleeps ten people in four bedrooms. Hunting Lodge is a stone built detached lodge situated behind the walled entrance gates on the Talhenbont Hall Country Estate near to Criccieth in North Wales. With two double bedrooms, one twin and one family room as well as two family bathrooms, this cottage can sleep ten people. The cottage also contains a well-equipped kitchen and a split-level sitting room with a dining area. Outside the cottage is a private garden area with a patio, outdoor furniture and a BBQ as well as plenty of off road parking. There are also fishing, tennis and woodland walks included with this cottage. With a number of other cottages on site making it ideal for large groups of over thirty people, Hunting Lodge is a wonderful holiday home for anyone wishing to explore the delights of North Wales.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request. Ample off road parking. Private garden with furniture and BBQ. Fishing inc. in rent. Shared use of grounds, gardens, the Quackery, outdoor lawn chess (for adults) and all weather outdoor tennis courts. Pets Welcome (please bring own dog beds, blankets and towels) Sorry, no smoking. Shop, pub and beach 2 miles. Note: Dragon Raiders activity park, Segway and Bear Grylls survival academy is close by and discounts are available for guests at the cottage (please arrange directly with the cottage owner or estate manager).

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:The accommodation was lovely and the grounds were absolutely amazing. It was so nice to be able to walk out of the front door and into such lovely surroundings. It was ideal with a youngster and two dogs. Everything you could need on holiday.
