This restored 500 year old cottage is located on the Talhenbont Hall Country Estate near to Criccieth in North Wales and sleeps four people in two bedrooms. Bothy Cottage is a 500 year old stone-built cottage on the Talhenbont Hall Country Estate near to Criccieth in North Wales. With one double bedroom and one twin room as well as a family bathroom, this cottage can sleep four people. The cottage also contains a well-equipped kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with an electric log-effect fire. Outside the cottage is a private garden area with outdoor furniture and a BBQ as well as plenty of off road parking. There are also fishing, tennis and woodland walks included with this cottage. With a number of other cottages on site making it ideal for large groups of over thirty people, Bothy Cottage is a wonderful holiday home for anyone wishing to explore the delights of North Wales. This property provides a hamper for Christmas and New Year bookings with a dressed Christmas Tree. There is a New Years Eve fireworks display completed by professionals

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
