Located 1.5 miles from Overton-on-Dee, on the owner's smallholding, this cosy character cottage sleeps two people in one bedroom. Set within the three acres of the owner's smallholding, The Stable is a charming cottage offering open plan accommodation. There's a double bedroom, an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and woodburner in the sitting area, along with a separate shower room. Outside, there is a raised decked area and a private grassed garden with superb valley views. Guests also have use of the shared on-site heated outdoor swimming pool during the summer months (June-August inclusive). The Stable is a delightful, ground floor cottage, perfect for your holiday.

Oil-filled electric heaters with woodburner. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, WiFi, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/stereo. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent Bed linen and towels inc. in rent (please bring own swimming towels). Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Bike storage. Private lawned garden with raised decking, furniture and BBQ. Shared use of owner's outdoor heated swimming pool (available June-Aug inc.). Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1.5 miles. Note: Children must be supervised around the swimming pool. Note: One step up to access property. Note: Decking is open with 1.5ft drop.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
