This traditional semi-detached cottage is in a headland position near Cilan, 2 miles from the centre of Abersoch, and sleeps 6 people in 3 bedrooms. The Granary is a traditional semi-detached cottage, in a headland position near Cilan, 2 miles from the centre of Abersoch on the Lleyn Peninsula in North Wales. The cottage sleeps six people in three bedrooms - one double, one twin and one ground floor double. There is a bathroom with bath, separate power shower, basin and WC and the living accommodation comprises a fitted kitchen with dining table and a sitting room. Outside is off road parking for two cars or watercraft, along with bike storage. Guests also enjoy use of an enclosed lawned garden with furniture and BBQ and a rear patio. With beaches to enjoy 1.5 miles away, and great watersports at Abersoch, 2 miles away, The Granary makes a great base for a fun-filled family holiday in North Wales.

Oil central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent (please bring own beach towels). Cot, highchair and stairgate on request. Ample off road parking for cars/watercraft and bikes. Enclosed lawned garden with furniture and BBQ, rear patio. Small paddock area with football net and swingball. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops and pubs 2 miles. Beach 1.5 miles. Note: No stag/hen. Note: Tesco, Asda and Waitrose online grocery orders can be delivered to guests at this property.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
