This semi-detached, rural cottage is close to the town of Conwy and can sleep up to five people in three bedrooms. Mountain View is a modern, semi-detached cottage set one mile from the town of Conwy. With three bedrooms; two doubles, one with an en-suite double shower room and one single, as well as a further family bathroom, this cottage can sleep up to five people. The living accommodation at this cottage is open plan with a woodburner in the sitting area, and the kitchen fully opens out onto the garden. Outside this cottage there is off road parking for 4 cars, and a lawned garden to the rear with furniture, barbecue and rural views. Mountain View is delightful cottage set close to Conwy, and boasts great access to the fantastic north Welsh coastline.

Electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with FreeSat, DVD, CD/radio, iPod dock, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
