This charming semi-detached cottage rests in Wales and can sleep five people in three bedrooms. Bryn Derwen is a wondrous semi-detached cottage, found on the outskirts of the town of Llangynhafal, Wales. The property holds three bedrooms including a king-size, zip/link twins, and a single, as well as a ground-floor wetroom and a bathroom with a bath and a handheld shower, therefore making the property suitable to sleep up to five people. The cottage is also home to a wonderful kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. Outside you can find a large lawned area as well as a gravelled area, both with seating. There is off-road parking at the cottage for two cars. Bryn Derwen is an ideal property for a family break near the coast of Wales.

Two well-behaved pets welcome (please keep off furniture and avoid pets from going upstairs). Sorry, no smoking. Shop 3 miles. 5 star pub/restaurant, White Horse, is 0.5 miles. Golden Lion (pub food) is 0.8 miles (both dog friendly). Cafe 0.5 miles (dog friendly). Note: Stabling can be provided at an additional cost

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
