This apartment sleeps two people and has a lower ground floor king-size double, a lower ground floor bathroom, a lower ground floor basin and WC, a ground floor kitchen with dining area and a ground floor sitting room. The apartment also has off road parking for one car. Gwylanedd Two is a lovely base for a couple with plenty to see and do in the area, including the heritage town of Conwy and the seaside town of Llandudno.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking space for 1 car in building car park, with free roadside parking. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Licensed sailing club next door. Shops and pubs 5 mins walk. Beach 2 mins walk. Note: Apartment accessed via 11 external stairs and communal hallway. There is also an internal flight of stairs down to the bedrooms and bathroom. Note: No children over 2 years of age. Note: Check-in time 4pm.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
