The cottage has a double and two single bedrooms on the first floor, along with a family bathroom and there is a king-size double located on the second floor. Downstairs is a kitchen, utility and cloakroom along with a sitting room with dining area. Outside there is roadside parking on a first come, first served basis. Meirionfa is perfectly placed for tackling Snowdon, whether walking up one of the many paths, or taking the railway to the summit, as well as exploring the coast and the rest of North Wales.

Gas central heating with electric fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, Dish washer -(few tablets in starter pack) fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, Smart TV with Freeview, DVD, Bluetooth DAB radio with CD and USB, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair and two stairgates. Roadside parking on first come, first served basis, additional parking in nearby car park. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops, pub and restaurants 5 mins walk. Note: Dormer bedroom on second floor is accessed via a slightly steeper and narrower staircase with a low doorway at the top. Note: There are a number of internal steps on the ground floor. Note: The owners request that dogs are kept downstairs at all times. Note: There is no outside space.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
