This quaint semi-detached cottage sits in the town of Harwarden in Flintshire, sleeping two people in one bedroom. Old Sorting Office is a charming, character cottage set in the small market town of Hawarden in Flintshire. With one king-size bedroom, this cottage can sleep two people. There's also a lovely bathroom with roll-top bath and separate shower as well as an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside, there is an enclosed courtyard garden with hot tub and furniture. Old Sorting Office occupies a wonderful location with amenities on the doorstep, and Chester and the North Wales coastline within just a short drive. A wonderful choice for a romantic getaway.

Gas central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with basic Sky, DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car, 50 yards away. Enclosed courtyard garden with hot tub, furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops and pubs 1 min walk. Note: Property set on a high street; some associated noise may be heard. Note: Open tread spiral staircase, not suitable for infants.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
