This traditional detached bungalow is situated near the village of Bodelwyddan near Abergele in the region of Conwy and can sleep six in three bedrooms. Hen Efail is located in the hamlet of Cross Foxes five miles from the coastal town of Abergele in North Wales. There are three bedrooms and sleeps six people and has one double bedroom (with an en-suite wet room) and two twin rooms. There is a family bathroom. The property has a kitchen with a dining area, breakfast bar and feature fireplace, plus additional seating in the sitting room with a piano and featured fireplace, which leads through to the conservatory. Outside is a patio garden at the back of the house and a front yard for ample off road parking. Hen Efail is a remarkable bungalow, perfect for groups of six wishing to enjoy the coast of North Wales.

Note: Low head height to bedrooms and kitchen doors. Note: There are some single steps within the property and 2-3 steps within the grounds. Note: Property is adjacent to a B road. Note: Care must be taken where the garden meets the house due to a change in gradient.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
