This spacious detached house in Glanrafon near Bala sleeps up to twelve people in six bedrooms. The Farm House is a detached house on the edge of the owners' quiet caravan park. This spacious property has its own private hot tub, and enjoys a lovely countryside setting. There are six bedrooms, three with en-suites and one on the ground floor, offering a mixture of king-size double bedrooms, a further double room and a room with twin beds. There is a family bathroom and a ground floor cloakroom. The living accommodation is comfortable and welcoming, with plenty of space for everyone to relax, whether in the open plan living area, the separate sitting room with woodburner, or the exciting media room! Outside is ample off road parking, the garden with a patio and furniture and the hot tub. Guests also have use of the caravan site's playground and games room. The Farm House is ideally located for enjoying the water sports of Bala, the beautiful Snowdonia National Park, or heading towards England to visit Roman Chester.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:The cottage was beautiful and had all the facilities that we needed. It was really a perfectly beautiful setting and we had a wonderful time. The owners were so friendly and helpful. The hot tub was a brilliant feature of our holiday from soothing aching muscles after climbing Snowdon to just sitting in it watching the night sky clouds and stars. Just a fabulous setting for a perfect holiday.
