Mostly set on the first floor, the cottage has one double bedroom, a mezzanine twin room and a shower room and can sleep four people. There is an open plan living area with a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area. Outside steps lead down to a shared, enclosed patio and a passage beginning a short stroll directly into the town centre. There is off road parking for one car. Dovetail Cottage is the perfect base for a holiday spent exploring the wonderful North Wales.

Gas central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, TV with Freeview. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 small car on side of lane. Shared bike storage. Shared enclosed patio with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 3 mins walk. Note: Twin room on mezzanine above sitting room, accessed via open tread stairs.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:The location of Dovetail Cottage was very good, it was easy to get to all the attractions of Llangollen. The owners were friendly and helpful. The cottage was very quaint and we loved the atmosphere.
