Sleeping four people in two bedrooms, this stylish semi-detached property is set on a hillside on the edge of Dolgarrog village, a few miles from Conwy. Ty Gwydyr is a very welcoming holiday home in an elevated position on the edge of the village of Dolgarrog, a few miles from Conwy, with views over the Conwy Valley. Both the first floor bedrooms can be made up as a double or a twin, ensuring this charming cottage is suited to couples, friends or families. There is a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC, and a further ground floor basin and WC. The kitchen is well equipped and has a dining area, and there is a bright and airy sitting room with doors to the deck. There is off road parking for two cars to the rear of the property. With a pub 5 minutes walk, and attractions such as NT properties, historical castles, sandy beaches and wonderful walking all nearby, Ty Gwydyr makes a superb holiday base throughout the year.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:Very clean. All "home from home" creature comforts provided. Great location for either exploring locally or further afield. Great owners who couldn't do enough for us. Very happy and will most likely return.
