The cottage sleeps twenty people in eight bedrooms, and there's also three bathrooms on the ground floor. The cottage also has a conservatory with kitchen and sitting area, a dining room with comfy seating and a snug with open fire. Outside there's off road parking for eight cars and a front and side lawned garden with furniture, fire pit and barbecue. The Keepers Lodge is a wonderful family base for exploring this lovely area of North Wales.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
Property Feedback:A lovely large well equipped cottage with plenty of space for all 20 of us. The hot tub was lovely. It is a little remote, and the lane leading to it is a single track road, however it suited us, especially with the spectacular views on all sides. We will definitely be returning and will recommend this to friends and family.
