Set in the grounds of a working hill-farm, this property has enough accommodation for groups of up to five people. With a separate games room, it offers an ideal base for families or a group of friends at any time of the year. This property was originally built and used as a farmhouse and has been lovingly restored to offer accommodation for up to five people. It retains many of the original features, such as exposed beams and a slate fireplace. An enclosed garden offers ample opportunity for a spot of alfresco dining or simply to enjoy a glass of wine as the sun sets over the distant mountains. This cottage is managed by Sykes Cottages.

Oil central heating with multi-fuel stove. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, TV with basic Sky package, DVD, radio and CD player, phone with honesty box, WiFi. Freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer in utility outbuilding. Oil, electricity and starter pack for multi-fuel stove inc. in rent, additional fuel sold by owner. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot, highchair and stairgate on request. Off road parking for 3 cars. Bike storage in utility room. Enclosed garden and patio area with garden furniture and BBQ. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops 4 miles, pub 2 miles. Note: Working sheep farm - please keep dog on lead.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
