This detached cottage rests near the village of Pwllglas in Denbighshire, sleeping six people in three bedrooms. Bryn Eithin is a converted farm building set near Pwllglas in North Wales. It offers three bedrooms made up of a king-size with an en-suite, a further king-size and a twin room with an en-suite, along with a cloakroom, the property can sleep up to six people. Also inside there is a kitchen/diner and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. To the outside you will find plenty of off road parking and an enclosed patio with furniture. Bryn Eithin is a tasteful cottage in a fantastic countryside location.

Electric heating and woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TVs with FreeSat, DVD, iPod dock, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot, highchair and stairgate on request. Off road parking for 3 cars. Secure bike storage. Enclosed lawned garden with patio, furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2.2 miles. Note: The cottage is next to working farm buildings.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

,Fantastic property with a well stocked kitchen - the owner has literally thought of everything you could possibly need whilst away, a home from home! A wonderful welcome basket, beautiful surroundings, excellent garden and amenities. Although it says its next to a working farm on the internet we heard nothing from the farm at all and i wouldn't want this to put people off. The loudest thing we heard was a fiesty chicken - with lovely eggs.
