Able to sleep up to four people in one double room and one twin, this house is an ideal home-from-home for a family or two couples wanting to explore this stunning part of the country. Situated on the outskirts of Manod near the centre of Snowdonia National Park is this delightful 18th Century, stone-built terraced property. Set amidst the incredible mountain scenery, this charming little cottage boasts glorious views of this breathtaking region, as well as a number of original features. With exposed wooden beams, an original flagstone floor and a large inglenook fireplace and a woodburning stove, this wonderful property is full of character. With so much to do in the surrounding area such as trips to Porthmadog, Black Rock Sands and Bodnant Gardens, visitors will be spoiled for choice.

Oil central heating with woodburning stove. Electric double oven and electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD, iPod dock. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Stairgate. Off road parking for 1 medium size car only. Terraced garden with patio and furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome (please bring own dog beds). Sorry, no smoking. Shops 1.5 miles, pub 10 mins walk. Note: There are 13 steep steps to the rear patio/lawn level, so the garden is not suitable for people with limited mobility and young children should be supervised at all times. Note: The cottage is close to the road and some traffic noise may be heard. Note: Check-in 4pm.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
