This delightful, detached cottage near the coast in Rhos-on-Sea, sleeps up to 12 people in five bedrooms.  Meadway House is a superb, detached cottage set a short stroll from the coast in Rhos-on-Sea, North Wales. The cottage has five bedrooms, two of which have en-suites, two a first floor family bathroom, a shower room and a WC in the utility on the ground floor. The property can sleep up to 12 people in total. There is also a kitchen with a breakfast bar and a dining area, a sitting room with a sofa bed and a woodburner, plus a first floor games room with a football table and a sofa bed if required. Outside, there is off road parking for two cars along with an enclosed patio garden area with furniture. Just a short stroll from Meadway House will bring you to the coast, the small family-friendly sandy beach, the promenade and the excellent coastal cycle route.

Gas central heating with woodburning stove. Electric double oven, gas hob, microwave, two fridges, two freezers, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, 2 x Smart TVs, DVDs, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Highchair, travel cot and stairgate on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed patio with furniture and BBQ. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops and pubs 5 mins walk. Note: Bathroom is on a half landing and shower room is accessed up and down 3 steps. Note: Twin room can only be accessed via the double room with basin.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:This house was equipped with everything we could need, our party ranged from 6 years to 60 and we all had our own space - the games room was a treat! The owner was very accommodating. The decor was lovely and the kitchen was very well equipped. All in all a fabulous house in a perfect location near to the beach and lovely village of Rhos-on-Sea.

,We were a party of 12 and could not fault this property at all, it is spacious, beautifully furnished and very well equipped. The games room was fantastic and so much fun. The location was perfect just a short walk to the sea front, shops, restaurants etc. The owner was really nice and had everything well organised for our arrival. We will definitely be back later in the year.

,The house was beautiful and fully equipped, there wasn't anything we would have needed to bring except for personal things. There is lots of space everywhere in the house, the utility room is well equipped and all in all there was lots of space, there ended up being 9 of us and we were not all huddled up as there is bags of room. There is a lovely bay window on the front bedroom and in the living room, and with a side view of the sea, fantastic.
