This stone built, mid-terrace cottage is in the centre of Clynnog Fawr, near Trefor in North Wales, and sleeps six people in three bedrooms. Ty Newydd is a stone-built, mid-terrace cottage in the heart of Clynnog Fawr, near Trefor, in North Wales. The cottage sleeps six people in three bedrooms which are made up of two double rooms and an adults bunks room. There is also a bathroom, a kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room with an electric fire. Outside there is plenty of roadside parking available outside the property and in the village, a garden shed for bike storage and a courtyard with a raised lawned garden, patio area, and sitting areas. Ty Newydd is a wonderful base for a relaxed seaside getaway.

LPG central heating with electric fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, Smart TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Plenty of roadside parking available outside property and in village. Bike storage. Courtyard with furniture, raised lawned garden and patio area with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 5 mins walk, pub 3.5 miles. Stony beach 5 mins walk and sandy beach 3.5 miles. Note: Garden and patio areas vary in levels with some steps to raised areas, care should be taken and children supervised. Note: Travel cot and highchair available on request.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:A great cottage which was decorated really well; all modern, clean and tidy. It was really comfortable and had everything we needed for a great girly catch up weekend.
