Sleeping six people in three bedrooms, this Grade II listed cottage is in a quiet part of Church Stretton. East Cottage is a charming semi-detached cottage in Church Stretton. It has a double room with en-suite bathroom and two twins. There is a family shower room, anda ground floor cloakroom. The kitchen has a breakfast area, and the sitting room has a dining area and cosy gas fire. Outside is off road parking for two cars, and a front patio area with furniture. East Cottage is a wonderful base for families, friends or walkers to enjoy the town and its beautiful surroundings.

Gas central heating with gas stove in sitting room. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed front patio garden with furniture and views towards Long Mynd. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops and pubs 2 mins walk.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:This was the second time we have been to this cottage and it is an excellent base. The weather improved during the week and there are loads of places to visit.

,The cottage was excellent and just how it looked in the pictures. We will definitely go there again. The location was brilliant and just a few yards in to town, but quiet as on a private road. Lots to see and do in a very pleasant part of the country
