This end terrace cottage is located 3 miles from Bala and sleeps two people in one bedroom. Hirnant is an end terrace cottage situated on the owner's farm, just three miles from Bala in North Wales. The cottage has one double bedroom and a bathroom, making it suitable for two people. Also in the cottage is an open plan living area with a fitted kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area. Outside the cottage is off road parking for two cars and a patio with outdoor furniture and mountain views. With spectacular countryside all around and the watersports at Bala close by, Hirnant is a superb cottage for fans of outdoor pursuits.

Oil central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine in outside laundry room, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking for 2 cars. Front patio with furniture and mountain views. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops in Bala 3 miles, pub 2 miles.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:The setting of the cottage is superb with commanding views over an arc of about 220 degrees. The accommodation is warm and comfortable throughout the day and night. All in all a great place to stay.
