This linked cottage is located in the village of Gwaenysgor near to Prestatyn in North Wales and can sleep twelve people in six bedrooms. Bron-y-Bryn Lodge is a linked cottage on the top of a hill in the North Wales village of Gwaenysgor near to Prestatyn. The cottage has six double bedrooms (all with en-suite facilities) which make it suitable for twelve people. The rest of the accommodation is made up of a wet room, a fitted kitchen, a dining room, a sitting room and a summer room with sea views. Outside the cottage is off road parking for six cars and a front patio with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. A superb base for families and friends looking to holiday close to the coast and countryside.

Fuel, power and starter pack for open fire inc. in rent. Bed linen inc. in rent. Cots and highchair. Off road parking for 6 cars. Front patio with furniture, and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 7 mins walk. Note: No hen, stag or student groups. Note: There is ramped access to front door and wheelchair access throughout, inc. wet room, which has grab rails and a shower chair. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
