This detached, spacious cottage is situated three miles from Colwyn Bay, and can sleep eight people in four bedrooms. This detached, spacious cottage is situated in three quarters of an acre of grounds, three miles from the seaside resort of Colwyn Bay. With four bedrooms, two twins, a double, and a double with balcony, this cottage can sleep eight people. There is also a family bathrooom, and an additional ground floor basin & WC. The rest of the cottage is made up of a kitchen with breakfast area, dining room with woodburner and sitting area, a sitting room with valley views and a study/TV room. Outside, there is off road parking for 5 cars, an enclosed garden and mountain bike storage. This cottage is great for a family holiday close to the coast.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:The location was beautiful and the accommodation was perfect for two families. It was very well equipped and we had everything we needed. The garden was fantastic for the children with the sandpit an added bonus! It was safe and secure which meant we could sit and relax whilst the children played. The house was spacious and comfortable and felt like a home from home. We would highly recommend this to others and hope to visit again in the future.
