The apartment is accessed up a private, external spiral staircase and sleeps eight people in four bedrooms - two doubles and two twins. There is a bathroom with bath, separate shower, basin and WC. The living accommodation comprises a fitted kitchen and sitting room with electric fire and dining area. There is also a TV room. The apartment benefits from a large balcony with decking and furniture. With the apartment being located above a cafe/takeaway in a parade of shops, the village amenities are literally on the doorstep. With wonderful walking and outdoor activities to enjoy too, Station Flat makes a great base for a Betws-y-Coed holiday.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair. Pay and display public car park opposite apartment, free roadside parking 100 yards away. Large balcony with decking and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops, pubs and restaurant 1 min walk. Note: Apartment is accessed up a private, external spiral staircase. Note: Apartment is above a takeaway and cafe which is open from 9am to 8pm - some operational noise may be experienced. Note: Railway runs adjacent to apartment, with approximately 6 trains per day passing in both directions.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:Spent a fantastic week in the Station flat. It was so comfortable and had everything we could possibly need. The balcony was a highlight and was great to sit out and watch the world go by! Great location close to Llanberis and Snowdon. Caught the train to Llandudno and had a great day at the Orme. Would highly recommend the flat.
