A lovely, ground floor cottage, link-detached to the owner's home, in Abergele on the North Wales coastline, with two bedrooms accommodating four people. Tan y Coed is a lovely cottage, link-detached to the owner's home in Abergele, a small town on the coastline of North Wales, between Rhyl and Colwyn Bay. The cottage is set solely on the ground floor, with two bedrooms and a bathroom. There is a well-equipped kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area, a woodburner-style electric fire and patio doors leading into the garden. The cottage has two lawned gardens, one at the front and on at the back that is enclosed with a patio, furniture and a barbecue. There is also bike storage and roadside parking just outside. The beach is around a three-minute walk from the front door, across the Wales Coast Path, meaning Tan y Coed is a fantastic base for exploring North Wales, with lots of wonderful walks and bike rides to be had from the doorstep!

Gas central heating. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Off road parking for 1 car next to owner's home, plus additional roadside parking. Enclosed front and rear lawn with patio, furniture and BBQ. Bike storage. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Beach 3 mins walk.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
