This detached cottage is situated on the outskirts of Bala and can sleep nine people in three bedrooms.  Nantllyn is a spacious detached house on the outskirts of the Snowdonian town of Bala. The cottage sleeps nine people and has three family bedrooms and two family bathrooms. It also has an open plan living area with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area. Outside is ample off road parking and a large garden with an extensive decked area and outdoor furniture. Perfect for watersports enthusiasts, walkers and mountain bikers, Nantllyn is a superb holiday home, all year round.

Oil central heating powered by Stanley Range. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot, highchair and stairgate. Ample off road parking. Large enclosed garden with lawn, deck and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Bala Lake 10 mins walk. Note: There is a stream on fenced off private land next to the garden, children to be supervised. Note: Max 8 guests.

Property Feedback:This holiday house exceeded our expectations. It was spotlessly clean, the views were wonderful and the beds very comfortable. The house was very nicely presented and spacious, much bigger than it looks from the road. The decking was a lovely base to watch the sunset and listen to the stream and birds. It was particularly nice to be set in such a large plot and was hence very quiet and private. We found it an idyllic location. We'll be back!

,The owners were very welcoming, and the cottage was absolutely spectacular. The pictures on the web site do not do the cottage justice, it is a lot bigger in person. The view from cottage was lovely.
