The Coach House is one of two sympathetically developed holiday homes on the owner's 22 acre smallholding which is home to sheep, chickens and a large organic kitchen garden from which eggs and seasonal vegetables can be bought. The cottage has two bedrooms, fitted kitchen with dining area, sitting room with welcoming wood burner, and a pretty, fenced garden – a lovely place to relax and dine in after a day's exploring. Guests benefit from the use of a year-round hard tennis court and coarse fishing (including carp) on the well-stocked 1 acre pond, just 100 yards from the property. Enjoy walking and cycling in the surrounding countryside, or visit the many historical attractions nearby.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
Property Feedback:A lovely rural location with ample attractive grounds, a tennis court and a large yet cosy country kitchen. The property is close to the main road into Shrewsbury with many places of interest nearby. The owners were friendly.

,We really enjoyed our two week stay at The Coach House. The owners were very friendly and approachable. This property is ideally suited to families, with a big area available to be explored around the farm and in the woodland area. The house was warm and cosy and just a short drive from Shrewsbury. A real home away from home in a lovely location.
