With exposed beams, three lovely bedrooms and a lawned garden - ideal for relaxing and enjoying the mountain views – this lovely cottage is an excellent base for a gathering of friends and family. Situated on the owners' thirty-acre sheep and cattle farm, this delightful stone-built, semi-detached barn conversion is just one and a half miles from the charming village of Chwilog and a mere three miles from the pretty seaside town of Criccieth. Combining character features with modern facilities, this property has been successfully converted to offer a welcoming and cosy retreat. Well-served by local amenities, this lovely little cottage is well placed for all of the fantastic activities that Wales has to offer.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:The property was immaculate, extremely clean and well presented. The owners were very friendly and were great hosts. The cottage is in between the coastal resorts of Criccieth, 3 miles away and Pwllheli, 6 miles away. It's ideally situated if you just want to get away from the noise of towns and cities. We will return to this property for sure, 10/10. A big thanks to the owners for making our stay relaxing.
