This detached cottage near the Norfolk market town of Aylsham sleeps four people in two bedrooms. Woodman's Cottage is a lovely detached cottage on a non-working farm in the market town of Aylsham. This cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms, consisting of one ground floor double and one twin both with en-suites. The cottage also has a kitchen and a sitting room with dining area. Outside there's shared use of a indoor heated swimming pool and games room, off road parking for two cars, a private enclosed lawned garden and shared grounds. Woodman's Cottage is a convenient base for couples and small families alike.

Oil and electric central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, TV with FreeSat, DVD, selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed front lawned garden with patio and furniture. Shared grounds with two large ponds. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 4.5 miles, pub 10 mins walk. Note: Open tread stairs. Note: Twin bedroom has sloping ceilings. Note: Both bedrooms are small, therefore there isn't space in the twin bedroom for a cot and there's only a very small space in the double bedroom for a travel cot. Please contact the owner if you wish to discuss what size of cot can fit in this room. Note: Swimming pool available from 1st May-30th October and games room available 1st March-30th October. Note: Two large ponds in grounds, one of which is unfenced, children must be supervised at all times.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
