This welcoming detached cottage is situated close to Aylsham and sleeps six people in three bedrooms. Woodman's Barn is a detached cottage on a non-working farm, 4.5 miles from the town of Aylsham. The cottage sleeps six people in three bedrooms, consisting of one double with en-suite basin and WC, one twin and one ground floor double with en-suite wet room, as well as a separate first floor bathroom. The cottage also has a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room. Outside there's shared use of a indoor heated swimming pool and games room, off road parking for two cars, a private enclosed lawned garden and shared grounds. Woodman's Barn is an ideal base for exploring Norfolk with family and friends.

Oil and electric central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, TV with FreeSat, DVD, selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed front lawned garden with patio and furniture. Shared grounds with two large ponds. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 4.5 miles, pub 10 mins walk. Note: Open tread stairs. Note: First floor bedrooms have sloping ceilings. Note: Swimming pool available from 1st May-30th October and games room available 1st March-30th October. Note: Two large ponds in grounds, one of which is unfenced, children must be supervised at all times. Note: Woodburner is decorative only and is not to be used.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:Liked everything. It was so quiet and peaceful, but if wanted there was always someone there if we needed any help or advice. The owners were so friendly but left you alone unless needed.
